OpenX Flow does not use your generated videos, images, prompts, or any content you create on the platform to train AI models. We do not sell, share, or license your content to third parties. Period.
We collect only what is necessary to provide the service: • Account information (email, name) for authentication • Usage data (generation counts, timestamps) for billing • Technical logs (error reports, performance metrics) to maintain reliability • Payment information is processed by Stripe — we never store card details
• We do not read your prompts beyond processing your generation request • We do not store generated videos longer than necessary for delivery • We do not use your data for AI model training • We do not sell any user data to third parties • We do not share data with advertisers
Generated content is stored temporarily on our servers during processing and delivery. Once delivered to you, content is automatically purged from our systems within 30 days unless you explicitly choose to keep it in your project library.
If you self-host OpenX Flow using the open-source pipeline, none of your data ever touches our servers. The open-source code runs entirely on your infrastructure.
We use the following third-party services: • Stripe for payment processing • Cloudflare for hosting and CDN • GPU cloud providers (Modal, RunPod) for video generation compute Each processes data only as necessary to provide their service.
You can: • Export all your data at any time • Delete your account and all associated data • Request information about what data we hold • Opt out of any non-essential data collection Contact privacy@openx.inc for any requests.
We will notify users of material changes to this policy via email and in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect.
