OpenX Flow is an AI video generation platform operated by OpenX Inc. The service allows you to generate, edit, and publish video content using AI models. The platform is available as both a managed cloud service and a self-hosted open-source tool.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. One person or entity per account — automated account creation is not permitted.
You own all content you create using OpenX Flow. We claim no intellectual property rights over your generated videos, images, characters, scripts, or any other output. You are free to use, sell, license, or distribute your content without restriction from us.
You agree not to use OpenX Flow to: • Generate content that exploits or harms minors • Create deepfakes of real people without consent • Produce content intended to harass, threaten, or intimidate • Generate content that violates applicable laws • Attempt to reverse-engineer our proprietary systems • Abuse the service in ways that degrade performance for other users
Content generated by AI models may be unexpected, inaccurate, or imperfect. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing or distributing it. OpenX Flow is not liable for any consequences of publishing AI-generated content.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time — access continues through the end of the billing period. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if no generations have been made. Pay-as-you-go charges are non-refundable once a job completes.
We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. GPU availability depends on third-party cloud providers. We will notify users of planned maintenance at least 24 hours in advance.
The core pipeline (github.com/OpenX-Inc/flow) is licensed under MIT. The managed platform UI and infrastructure are proprietary. Self-hosting the open-source component is free and unlimited — no terms apply to self-hosted usage beyond the MIT license.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, all associated data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
OpenX Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email and in-app notification. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
